Why can't I see the tabs after I publish a new theme?

By default, we install the code in the main published theme. When the published theme is changed, the code might not be present yet. All you have to do is to toggle the publish switch under 'Style/Publish Product Tabs' off and on, and you are good to go.

I am using page tabs in my product description, but things are not displaying correctly

You can try switching off the 'Publish' switch under 'Style/Publish Product Tabs' first. If it still does not work, please contact us and we will take a further look at your shop.

Why are there blank tabs/spaces showing up in my Product Tabs?

This could be due to a blank Headings e.g. <h3></h3> inserted somewhere in the Product Description. Click on the top right icon <> under your Product's description to show the HTML code and remove the extra Heading code.

Why can't I upload certain images or GIF animations in the editor for Common Tabs or Page Tabs?

This could be due to file sizes exceeding 1mb. Keep images below 1mb if you have uploading issues.

Alternatively, you can try uploading to Shopify itself:

1. At your Shopify dashboard, go to on Settings > Files.

2. Upload your files there and copy the URL. Shopify limits your file size to 20mb

3. Head to your Tab Content Editor and click on Picture Icon  

4. Paste the URL you just copied and click on Insert Image
